   What is NTS ?

I started NTS (nutrition training support ) just over 3 years ago, after running other bootcamps mixed ones i decided to close it down and make another group a female only one, for women over 30.

Due to the fact a lot of my personal training clients were women between 30 – 55 i decided to specialise in this gender and age bracket, giving all women the chance of personal training but at a fraction of the cost.

As a group the main aim is to focus on health, fitness and nutrition plus keeping you motivated daily, the group its self is very supportive with fun friendly atmosphere.

Location And Training

  • We train 2 times a week outdoors at Rawlett’s community sports college  in Tamworth our saturday session is at an outdoor location in Tamworth .
  • We will use our own bodyweight , bands and boxing in our  training sessions  .
  • Our workouts will keep your body burning  calories for up to 24hrs whilst only training less than 3 hours a week
  • Once your 4 weeks have been completed, there is a price redution if you would like to stay on in the group

Monday 6.45pm

Wednesday 6.45pm

Saturday 7.45am
